How it Works:
1. Each participating school is assigned to a “cluster.” Each cluster is made up of a group of schools working to raise money for a specific school in northern Uganda.
2. All money raised must be turned in online or via mail (link to PO box address: PO Box 2027, Spring Valley, CA 91979) by no later than 11:59 pm PST on December 17, 2008. Any money received after the deadline will continue to benefit your partner school but will not be taken into account for the competition aspect of the program.
3. The top fundraisers in each cluster will be announced on December 22, 2008. These schools will have the opportunity to send a representative to northern Uganda next summer on an all-expense paid trip to see the impact of Schools for Schools firsthand.
Ways to GO:
1. The Most Money: Raise the most cash in your cluster by the end of the competition, and you can send one representative from your school to Uganda. Click here to see who’s in the lead
2. The Most Books: The top three bibliomaniacs will win an all-expense paid trip to Uganda. Find out more here
3. The GO Tickets: Find one of three tickets in the GO DVDs, and you’ve got yourself a free ride to Africa. Click here to buy
