- STORY:
- Obalim Grace, 22, recently graduated from Lacor Secondary School as her school's Head Girl. The proud mother of a five-year-old daughter, Grace juggles responsibilities during the week to keep her grades up and her daughter healthy. At the height of northern Uganda's struggles with Lord’s Resistance Army rebels, both Grace's mom and dad died from malnutrition and inadequate medical care. She is getting ready to start college where she’ll earn a teaching degree. Because her teachers have inspired her so much in the past, Grace wants to give back to students who have struggled like she has.

The new girls dormitory is almost complete, what is needed now are the accompanying wash and bathrooms. Once these much needed facilities are in place, attention will turn to constructing a new library block inclusive of furniture and books!
